Silverstar Holdings, Ltd. (SSTR) announced that it had achieved over 90% acceptance of its offer to acquire the shares of Empire Interactive PLC. As previously announced, the transaction became effective on November 21, 2006. However, with acceptance levels exceeding 90%, the offer to any remaining shareholders will terminate on December 15, 2006.
